In the 11th minute, Sebastian Bernal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emil Sudarmaji kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Gatot Wijasmara had in the 22ndth minute some difficulties stopping Astor Shepherd's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With a little luck, Limus Nunggal's Gatot Wijasmara got control of the ball when Clemente Rosario tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 27thth minute of the game Augusto Gaitan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Limus Nunggal's Gatot Wijasmara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Udung Kartiwa's late challenge caught a Villa Mitre's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Udung Kartiwa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Udung Kartiwa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Clemente Rosario came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Villa Mitre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Rosario couldn't finish the play. 33 minutes into the match, Villa Mitre's goal looked a bit too open when Amien Sahetappy came free, but Roman Montez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gatot Wijasmara made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Clemente Rosario sent off a good shot on target. If Augusto Gaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Clemente Rosario made the kick off in the second half. Astor Shepherd kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Clemente Rosario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Gatot Wijasmara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gatot Wijasmara came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Villa Mitre's Clemente Rosario. But to his dismay, Clemente Rosario quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Gaitan in the 66th minute of play forced Limus Nunggal's goalkeeper Gatot Wijasmara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute of the match Villa Mitre got a corner. Limus Nunggal's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Astor Shepherd ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 69th minute Augusto Gaitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gatot Wijasmara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Limus Nunggal's Usman Fachrezi got a free kick in the 71st minute. The Villa Mitre fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Villa Mitre's Clemente Rosario looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Clemente Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gatot Wijasmara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Beltxe in the 82nd minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Jonas Beltxe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villa Mitre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonas Beltxe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Clemente Rosario ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gatot Wijasmara was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If Clemente Rosario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. There was no doubt that Villa Mitre were the better team. Villa Mitre's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
