The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Kasper Rijniers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Jorrin, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Kasper Rijniers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Jorrin in the 7th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Bernt Wagemans left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Forza Heppenbach fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 17thth minute of the game Francois Eijkens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TalleresUnited's Jorge Ubelteso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Romulo Jorrin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes Forza Heppenbach got a freekick which was hit by Johny Van der Borght. Romulo Jorrin succeeded in the game's 30th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. After a rather tough play, TalleresUnited's Ignacio Lico got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With a little luck, TalleresUnited's Jorge Ubelteso got control of the ball when Fabrice De Muysere tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Johny Van der Borght fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Forza Heppenbach's protests and gave Johny Van der Borght a yellow card for diving instead. Johny Van der Borght hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Kasper Rijniers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romulo Jorrin in the 42nd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, TalleresUnited's goalkeeper Jorge Ubelteso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bernt Wagemans.

A collision led to Forza Heppenbach getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Johny Van der Borght hit a great ball. After 54 played minutes TalleresUnited got a freekick which was hit by Higinio James. Guust de Pelsmaekers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the game, Albano Tabb was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TalleresUnited's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forza Heppenbach the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in TalleresUnited's zone, Aime Rondou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Ubelteso came out of the goal and Aime Rondou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guust de Pelsmaekers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Jorge Ubelteso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Bernt Wagemans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Ubelteso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jorge Ubelteso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernt Wagemans, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Forza Heppenbach's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Jorrin came free, but Kasper Rijniers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kasper Rijniers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Higinio James, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jorge Ubelteso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabrice De Muysere went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. TalleresUnited's Jorge Ubelteso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Wagemans in the 89th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Forza Heppenbach's Bernt Wagemans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Ubelteso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the TalleresUnited players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Forza Heppenbach.
