In the 21st match minute, Chaponnay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugues Delas to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Thoraval made in the 29th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Ulfa FSV's Jules Decruppe. Hugues Delas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th match minute, Chaponnay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavian Cozic to maneuver through the defense. Sebastian Lamwersiek might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pierre-Antoine Joron. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastian Lamwersiek ran back to his position shaking his head. After 45 minutes of play, Ulfa FSV's Friedrich Schiller made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pierre-Antoine Joron was left in no man's land by his defense there! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Matheo Gaborit made the kick off in the second half. Pierre-Antoine Joron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Friedrich Schiller in the 55th minute of play. When Ulfa FSV's Friedrich Schiller in 55 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Pierre-Antoine Joron guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Jordy Vuillaume sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 72nd minute, one of Chaponnay FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chaponnay FC. The referee gave Ulfa FSV a penalty, 76 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sebastian Lamwersiek, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chaponnay FC's Pierre-Antoine Joron. 4-2. Jimmy Willems kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Friedrich Schiller managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ulfa FSV's supporters rose to their feet, but Friedrich Schiller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pierre-Antoine Joron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 96 played minutes Ulfa FSV got a freekick which was hit by Frithjof Saborowski. Edgar Schweßinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordy Vuillaume, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
