In the 43rd match minute, Alvarado de Mar del Plata was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Eleazar to maneuver through the defense. Cesar Jenaro's late challenge caught a Nova Soccer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
