Guillermo Abaurre who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 15thth minute tested the skills of Simon Reed when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 17 minutes of play, River CBBA's Guillermo Abaurre made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simon Reed was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guillermo Abaurre had several of the ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 41 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Simon Reed as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s zone, Sol Abaunza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Reed came out of the goal and Sol Abaunza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

In the 54th minute Guillermo Abaurre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Reed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ronnie Sutherland kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joey Arellano couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Guillermo Abaurre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Reed was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guillermo Abaurre in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Reed prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of River CBBA booed when ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wes Mejia didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guillermo Abaurre in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Reed saved ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ from getting behind. Simon Reed stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guillermo Abaurre's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. After 80 minutes of play, River CBBA's Guillermo Abaurre made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Simon Reed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The River CBBA fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when River CBBA's Guillermo Abaurre looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
