The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marco Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Serapio in the 5th minute of play. Cementerio Club's Angelino Barto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Cementerio Club from getting a goal against them. 8 minutes into the game, Dionisio Felo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kekambas FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cementerio Club the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kekambas FC's Dionisio Felo got a free kick in the 9th minute. Leonel Enaut's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 12thth minute, Angelino Barto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Ezequiel Pinto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marco Pacorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eloy Rocio in the 19th minute of play. A collision led to Cementerio Club getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Exequiel Palacios hit a great ball. Angelino Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Ovando in the 26th minute of the match. Victor Hanot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Barto having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Kekambas FC's Leonel Enaut slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Angelino Barto. That made the score 1-0 after 30 minutes of play. 34 minutes into the game, Cementerio Club's Alejo Serapio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marco Pacorro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of Cementerio Club booed when Kekambas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Gonzales didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelo Gallardo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Kekambas FC's Esteban Lazcano broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ezequiel Pinto to make the kick off. Marco Pacorro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidel Rico in the 52nd minute. After 57 played minutes Kekambas FC got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Felo. Angelino Barto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Hanot went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Angelino Barto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Ovando in the 63rd minute of the match. Angelino Barto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victor Hanot, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 66 minutes, Exequiel Palacios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cementerio Club and the Kekambas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Exequiel Palacios kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Kekambas FC's Esteban Lazcano got a free kick in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute, Fernando Bertol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 76 minutes into the match, Leonel Enaut had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Angelino Barto. Cementerio Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonel Enaut was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Leonel Enaut took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelino Barto. Angelino Barto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. 88 minutes into the match, Cementerio Club's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Hanot came free, but Angelino Barto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonel Enaut took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Angelino Barto. Angelino Barto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-1. Kekambas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
