Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Cristiano das Neves successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Amado Belo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Loco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Fabiano Sena in the 18th minute of the match. Gogo Duardo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Cristiano das Neves made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Mandrak in the 30th minute of play forced Domselaar's goalkeeper Victor Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristiano das Neves made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Ernesto Jaume sent off a good shot on target. Cristiano das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Duardo in the 36th minute of the match. Domselaar's Victor Loco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião Couto in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Domselaar booed when Pinheiros Capibaras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Mendonça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Domselaar's Alfredo Gonzalez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 39th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Cristiano das Neves but with some difficulty. A collision led to Domselaar getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Alfredo Gonzalez hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Domselaar's Gogo Duardo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. In the 51st minute, Ernesto Jaume ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristiano das Neves was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gogo Duardo was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Sidney Damião was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Domselaar the free kick. After 58 played minutes Pinheiros Capibaras FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidney Damião. After a rather tough play, Pinheiros Capibaras FC's Sebastião Couto got a free kick in the 61st minute. Cristiano das Neves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Duardo in the 62nd minute of the match. Donato Mandrak kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pinheiros Capibaras FC's zone, Gogo Duardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristiano das Neves came out of the goal and Gogo Duardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 78 minutes into the match, Gogo Duardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristiano das Neves. Pinheiros Capibaras FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gogo Duardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 90 minutes into the game, Ernesto Jaume cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Cristiano das Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
