Gaspar Verastegui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 7 played minutes FC NILS got a freekick which was hit by Evert Ahlerot. 9 minutes into the match, Daniel Vesterberg notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Sporting Buceo's Gaspar Verastegui. Gaspar Verastegui was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 14 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Cepa. Gaspar Verastegui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Vesterberg in the 17th minute of the match. Gaspar Verastegui didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Vesterberg went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Greger Hedlund charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Greger Hedlund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leif Ahlkvist's late challenge caught a Sporting Buceo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leif Ahlkvist helped the player get up and apologised. Leif Ahlkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. During the 26th minute of the match Evert Ahlerot completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Evert Ahlerot a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. FC NILS's Greger Hedlund managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mano Ramos in the 29 minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Cepa got free with Rune Vacker in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of FC NILS booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Cepa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaspar Verastegui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leif Ahlkvist in the 37th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laffitte Rioz made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Leif Ahlkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Feliciano Trullols's late challenge caught a FC NILS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliciano Trullols helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Trullols to maneuver through the defense. Gaspar Verastegui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leif Ahlkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rune Vacker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laffitte Rioz in the 67th minute of play. Rune Vacker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laffitte Rioz, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Lucas Cepa hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. FC NILS made a substitution. Thomas Näver replaced Josef Stenqvist. A collision led to Sporting Buceo getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Lucas Cepa hit a great ball. Rune Vacker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Cepa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A nice corner shot did that Mano Ramos got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rune Vacker quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 95thth minute of the game Laffitte Rioz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC NILS's Rune Vacker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC NILS's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
