Jimeno Rolado had in the 10thth minute some difficulties stopping Arotza Abajas's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Diablofaryd F.C.'s Bernardino Rolado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Espiridion Abecia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Arotza Abajas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jimeno Rolado. That made the score 2-1 in the 16 minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, Edgard Perico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diablofaryd F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kalatakaya F.C. the free kick. The supporters of Kalatakaya F.C. booed when Diablofaryd F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Perico didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Arotza Abajas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jimeno Rolado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arotza Abajas in the 24th minute of play forced Diablofaryd F.C.'s goalkeeper Jimeno Rolado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute Arotza Abajas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jimeno Rolado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Espiridion Abecia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Rolado in the 31st minute of play. With a little luck, Diablofaryd F.C.'s Jimeno Rolado got control of the ball when Arotza Abajas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Loreto Abaurre got free with Jimeno Rolado in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 42 minutes into the match, Diablofaryd F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Xabat Abaurre came free, but Jimeno Rolado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jimeno Rolado made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Arotza Abajas sent off a good shot on target. When Xabat Abaurre fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kalatakaya F.C.'s protests and gave Xabat Abaurre a yellow card for diving instead. In the 46th minute, Xabat Abaurre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arotza Abajas to strike the kick off in the second half. Espiridion Abecia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elvio Laurgain in the 52nd minute. A collision led to Kalatakaya F.C. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Ferrer Abaunza hit a great ball. In the 56th minute, Diablofaryd F.C.'s Bernardino Rolado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-2. When Ferrer Abaunza fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kalatakaya F.C.'s protests and gave Ferrer Abaunza a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Ferrer Abaunza got a free kick in the 60th minute. The supporters of Diablofaryd F.C. booed when Kalatakaya F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxahun Abastas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Kalatakaya F.C.'s Arotza Abajas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jimeno Rolado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arotza Abajas in the 76th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Etxahun Abastas in the 80th minute of play forced Diablofaryd F.C.'s goalkeeper Jimeno Rolado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute, Arotza Abajas made a precise shot to the right of Jimeno Rolado. Diablofaryd F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. In the 85th match minute, Diablofaryd F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Laurgain to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Arotza Abajas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jimeno Rolado was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Perico in the 100th minute of play forced Kalatakaya F.C.'s goalkeeper Espiridion Abecia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kalatakaya F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
