Augusto Silviano lost his temper 5 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 5th minute of the game. One of Nina fc:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Skarpa Ełk:s goal. In the 7th minute, Szczepan Gibowski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucio Hernandez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 9 minutes, Aleksander Limanowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skarpa Ełk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aleksander Limanowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Skarpa Ełk booed when Nina fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciriaco Frederik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Skarpa Ełk's Marek Petka got a free kick in the 17th minute. In the 19th minute, Eugeniusz Wawrukiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 21 minutes into the match, Julian Wolicki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lucio Hernandez. Nina fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Julian Wolicki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 24th minute Julian Wolicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Celestino Munio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Eugeniusz Wawrukiewicz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boguslaw Falk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Taurino, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 42nd minute there was a penalty for Skarpa Ełk. Szczepan Gibowski stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Lucio Hernandez. 0-3. Nina fc's Lucio Hernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Wolicki in the 46th minute of play. 48 minutes into the game, Skarpa Ełk's Julian Wolicki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucio Hernandez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Wolicki made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julian Wolicki got free with Lucio Hernandez in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnaldo Dubardo kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Aleksander Limanowski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 played minutes Skarpa Ełk got a freekick which was hit by Marek Petka. If Javier Restu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 played minutes Skarpa Ełk got a freekick which was hit by Mateusz Wojtkiewicz. In the 75th minute Aleksander Limanowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Hernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Szczepan Gibowski hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Aleksander Limanowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Arkadiusz Dulka fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skarpa Ełk's protests and gave Arkadiusz Dulka a yellow card for diving instead. Arkadiusz Dulka kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Korneliusz Narbut's late challenge caught a Nina fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Korneliusz Narbut helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Skarpa Ełk getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Korneliusz Narbut hit a great ball. Nina fc's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Aleksander Limanowski scored to the left of an out of position Lucio Hernandez, making the score, 0-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Skarpa Ełk walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
