But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilian Iliev couldn't finish the play. Bastiaan Rekers kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Nikolay Hambarski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Felix Teunissen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronny Colen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nikolay Hambarski during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Felix Teunissen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Tigers of Bistritsa played a much better game than NFC Eagles 22 and deserved their victory. The NFC Eagles 22 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
