The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Govert Drenth was the one to do the kick off. Emanuele Lucentini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benjamin Spijker went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Oscar Haar's late challenge caught a LIVIOFOREVER's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Haar helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, MK Investments's Oscar Haar got a free kick in the 90th minute. After some careless play in the MK Investments defense, Ferruccio Alberico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kelvin Overmars. The MK Investments fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kelvin Overmars should have stopped the shot. 96 minutes into the game, Ferruccio Alberico lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Kelvin Overmars.
