The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernando Martins got free with Sefa Yahya in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. HORIZZONT's Sefa Yahya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celsinho de Sousa in the 22nd minute of play. Júlio Prado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Behzat Derem, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 39th minute Ali Behzat Derem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Tamer Baransel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1.
