After 41 played minutes Andrashida got a freekick which was hit by Szabolcs Hoffman. In the 42nd minute of the match Germano Domingues shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Krisztián Pál showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Béla Antal to make the kick off. Krisztián Pál was a little too slow when Falcão Nóbrega got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 0-3. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Geovani Vieira got a free kick in the 63rd minute. 69 minutes into the match, Cesinha Mazza dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Krisztián Pál, 0-4. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Falcão Nóbrega was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krisztián Pál breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ played a much better game than Andrashida and deserved their victory. The Andrashida players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
