After a defensive mix-up in FC Philotimo's zone, Bruno Isaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quiñónez Louzara came out of the goal and Bruno Isaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donato Tiso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoro Bullan in the 41st minute of the match. Eugenio Graus kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justavino Cortez was the one to do the kick off. Donato Tiso made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Justavino Cortez sent off a good shot on target. Javier Gonsalve sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Diagur in the 89th minute of play forced FC Philotimo's goalkeeper Quiñónez Louzara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eugenio Graus's late challenge caught a Liberland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenio Graus helped the player get up and apologised. Eugenio Graus hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Quiñónez Louzara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Isaio in the 95th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Liberland players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
