The supporters of Lithuanian amber booed when Di Röe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isac Norström didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Di Röe getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Olov Kihlman hit a great ball. In the 8th minute, Albert Nyman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Lithuanian amber's Daugirdas Čižiūnas got a free kick in the 12th minute. Marc Eklund got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 1-0 in the right cross in the 15th match minute before Ąžuolas Laucius had time to react. In the 18th minute, Isac Norström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Di Röe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marc Eklund during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Marc Eklund. Marc Eklund scored 4-0 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ąžuolas Laucius, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Di Röe's Henry Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kęstutis Jakubauskas in the 35th minute of play. After 36 played minutes Di Röe got a freekick which was hit by Dag Hagström. Henry Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kęstutis Jakubauskas in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Daugirdas Čižiūnas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute of the match Albert Nyman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ąžuolas Laucius showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Lithuanian amber's goal looked a bit too open when Isac Norström came free, but Ąžuolas Laucius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olov Kihlman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marc Eklund to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Salqvist in the 53rd minute of play forced Lithuanian amber's goalkeeper Ąžuolas Laucius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kęstutis Jakubauskas during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 58th minute of the match Albert Nyman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ąžuolas Laucius skillfully saved the ball. Albert Nyman struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Ąžuolas Laucius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Di Röe. In the 62nd minute, Marc Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isac Norström hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. When Marc Eklund came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Di Röe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marc Eklund couldn't finish the play. Ąžuolas Laucius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Nyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Ąžuolas Laucius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isac Norström, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Sven-Olof Berggren's late challenge caught a Lithuanian amber's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Olof Berggren helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th minute, Marc Eklund left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Di Röe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Di Röe's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
