The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Martin Lauaxeta came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Playa Malvín's Bihar Arriaga. But to his dismay, Bihar Arriaga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to Errecaborda AFC getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Artemio Rik hit a great ball. Quique Partarroyo, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Errecaborda AFC's Ariel Jago got a free kick in the 8th minute. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Bihar Arriaga sped through Errecaborda AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martin Lauaxeta. Martin Lauaxeta made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Bihar Arriaga sent off a good shot on target. When Playa Malvín's Bihar Arriaga in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Errecaborda AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 23 minutes into the match, Errecaborda AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Matthew McConaughey came free, but Martin Lauaxeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Peio Cantolla hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 28th match minute, Playa Malvín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andres Capellan to maneuver through the defense. Peio Cantolla kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Bihar Arriaga in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Martin Lauaxeta, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Bihar Arriaga sped through Errecaborda AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Martin Lauaxeta. Peio Cantolla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Martin Lauaxeta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Playa Malvín's Bihar Arriaga got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Errecaborda AFC's Martin Lauaxeta got control of the ball when Bihar Arriaga tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matthew McConaughey's late challenge caught a Errecaborda AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matthew McConaughey helped the player get up and apologised.

When Teobaldo Eguntsenti fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Errecaborda AFC's protests and gave Teobaldo Eguntsenti a yellow card for diving instead. Teobaldo Eguntsenti hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Playa Malvín made a substitution. Luar Tovilleja replaced Heitor Para. After a rather tough play, Playa Malvín's Quique Partarroyo got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 67th match minute, Playa Malvín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthew McConaughey to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Playa Malvín booed when Errecaborda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Rik didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 played minutes Playa Malvín got a freekick which was hit by Matt Damon. Matt Damon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Playa Malvín booed when Errecaborda AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Jago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Playa Malvín's Bihar Arriaga got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bihar Arriaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Martin Lauaxeta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Playa Malvín's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
