Şinasi Tanzer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Örnberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Brian Örnberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Şinasi Tanzer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Çanakkale's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brian Örnberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After 35 minutes of play, Real Södertälje's Brian Örnberg made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brian Örnberg in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Şinasi Tanzer saved Çanakkale from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, Çanakkale's goal looked a bit too open when Joar Tunström came free, but Şinasi Tanzer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

55 minutes into the game, Brian Örnberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Şinasi Tanzer. Brian Örnberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Bennvar Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eren Özduran, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Çanakkale's Şinasi Tanzer proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Çanakkale from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Şinasi Tanzer successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Sigvard Åkerman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Harald Kjellman charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
