In the 19th minute Knud Schröder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grzegorz Szamotulski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match Zula Walentowicz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yves Marquart skillfully saved the ball. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Radowit Poteralski got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Filip Marud in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 36th minute of the match Boleslaw Gall sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yves Marquart skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Fortuna 86 Szczecin getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Filip Marud hit a great ball. Radowit Poteralski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yves Marquart having to make a save. After 43 played minutes Fortuna 86 Szczecin got a freekick which was hit by Lukasz Wielopolski.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radowit Poteralski to make the kick off. Grzegorz Szamotulski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dieter Kapelle, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Stasio Domeradzki blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yves Marquart having to make a save. TSV Delliehausen's Yves Marquart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radowit Poteralski in the 62nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elmar Brink during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Elmar Brink hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Yves Marquart was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Boleslaw Gall. In the 65th minute, Radowit Poteralski reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Yves Marquart. The goal made the score 3-1. 70 minutes into the game, Eitel Sebastian was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TSV Delliehausen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fortuna 86 Szczecin the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Berland in the 74th minute of play forced Fortuna 86 Szczecin's goalkeeper Grzegorz Szamotulski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Boleslaw Gall got his second yellow card of the match in the 84th minute. The referee ordered Boleslaw Gall off the ground. Dieter Kapelle, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Stasio Domeradzki kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Zula Walentowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zula Walentowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Zula Walentowicz got a free kick in the 91st minute. It was beautiful to see TSV Delliehausen's Adalbert Gniech in action when he in the 93rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Grzegorz Szamotulski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sven Berland's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
