The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, SÉ SE's Viktor Sebes got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Miguel Laudrup took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rómeó Kormos. Rómeó Kormos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. SÉ SE's Rómeó Kormos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Laudrup in the 18th minute of play. Venceslás Sánchez took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rómeó Kormos. Rómeó Kormos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Norbert Veress could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Vicente Villa made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Boomer Fc's Selmo Ribeiro got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes SÉ SE got a freekick which was hit by Álmos Gyulai. Boomer Fc's Vicente Villa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Boomer Fc from getting a goal against them. Rómeó Kormos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venceslás Sánchez, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Venceslás Sánchez struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Rómeó Kormos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Boomer Fc.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Laudrup to strike the kick off in the second half. Miguel Laudrup's late challenge caught a SÉ SE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Laudrup helped the player get up and apologised. In the 50th match minute, Boomer Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Laudrup to maneuver through the defense. Boomer Fc's Vicente Villa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Veress in the 51st minute of play. Norbert Veress fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Villa having to interfere. Miguel Laudrup received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Rómeó Kormos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rómeó Kormos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Venceslás Sánchez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viktor Sebes kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Rómeó Kormos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prospero Diaz in the 58th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Norbert Rózsa managed to get in a good position for a shot. SÉ SE's supporters rose to their feet, but Norbert Rózsa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vicente Villa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 68th minute, Viktor Sebes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 70 minutes, Norbert Veress managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SÉ SE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norbert Veress was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rómeó Kormos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venceslás Sánchez in the 74th minute of play. After 74 played minutes SÉ SE got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Sebes. After having played for 77 minutes, Venceslás Sánchez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boomer Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Venceslás Sánchez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rómeó Kormos made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Miguel Laudrup sent off a good shot on target. Venceslás Sánchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rómeó Kormos having to interfere. SÉ SE's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Venceslás Sánchez 94 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. The Boomer Fc players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
