In the 9th minute Dé Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Verbeke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Duda Camargo took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edwin Verbeke. Edwin Verbeke dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 19 played minutes Limitless Delux Edition™ got a freekick which was hit by Ignace Dekkers. Edwin Verbeke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dé Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Limitless Delux Edition™ defense, Duda Camargo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edwin Verbeke. The Limitless Delux Edition™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edwin Verbeke should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Limitless Delux Edition™ getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Jorne De Roost hit a great ball. Limitless Delux Edition™'s Quentin Van Eynde got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Goffrey Schaerlaekens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Goffrey Schaerlaekens's late challenge caught a Que se abra o mar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Goffrey Schaerlaekens helped the player get up and apologised. After 53 played minutes Limitless Delux Edition™ got a freekick which was hit by Goffrey Schaerlaekens. Edwin Verbeke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Vinhas in the 58th minute of play. Quentin Van Eynde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luís Paulo Messias hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute of the match Ramon Ronsman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gino Britto skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gino Amaral got free with Edwin Verbeke in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jorne De Roost struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Gino Britto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limitless Delux Edition™. Edwin Verbeke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dé Mendonça in the 76th minute. Gino Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th match minute, Que se abra o mar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Paulo Messias to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Bertrand Weets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 81 minutes into the game, Gino Amaral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Edwin Verbeke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet as Que se abra o mar's Dé Mendonça slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edwin Verbeke. That made the score 1-7 after 85 minutes of play. Dé Mendonça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edwin Verbeke having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Tostão Linhares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Quentin Van Eynde kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Que se abra o mar played a much better game than Limitless Delux Edition™ and deserved their victory. The Limitless Delux Edition™ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
