The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gates Boeck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fermin Domingues in the 3rd minute. Independiente's Fermin Domingues was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 5th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Domini in the 15th minute of play forced Independiente's goalkeeper Amadeo Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maximilien Gisler during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 18th minute, Maximilien Gisler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Fermin Domingues sped through B O B I S A's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gates Boeck. In the 25th minute German Uhin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gates Boeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeo Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregor Dubler in the 27th minute of the match. Amadeo Rio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nino Forcucci in the 28th minute of play. Gates Boeck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fermin Domingues in the 29th minute. Independiente's Amadeo Rio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sean Wermelinger in the 32nd minute of play. Amadeo Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregor Dubler in the 34th minute of the match. A hard shot by Victoriano Beat from long distance, 40 minutes into the match, got Gates Boeck's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Eustacio Chepe's shot from long distance in the 46th minute was not bad at all, but B O B I S A's Gates Boeck knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

In the 51st minute, Emiliano Martinez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 52 played minutes, B O B I S A's Jack Sennrich shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amadeo Rio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in B O B I S A reached it. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Fermin Domingues sped through B O B I S A's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gates Boeck. After having played for 56 minutes, Fermin Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Independiente's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fermin Domingues was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fermin Domingues in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gates Boeck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, B O B I S A's Gregor Dubler got a free kick in the 59th minute. Gates Boeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fermin Domingues, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute Fermin Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gates Boeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Independiente's Erasmo Cibran nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gates Boeck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fermin Domingues in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gates Boeck saved B O B I S A from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Independiente's Clemente Soter got a free kick in the 73rd minute. B O B I S A's Gates Boeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Domingues in the 75th minute of play. Gates Boeck came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Independiente's Fermin Domingues. But to his dismay, Fermin Domingues quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. B O B I S A's Gates Boeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Domingues in the 88th minute of play. Gates Boeck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fermin Domingues went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. B O B I S A's Gates Boeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Domingues in the 95th minute of play.
