Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tibor Zádor in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Romel Torrijos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Máté Szalay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Peralta, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Berni FC's Rajmund Erdôs got a free kick in the 18th minute. Enrique Paredes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Máté Szalay having to interfere. Rolando Peralta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Máté Szalay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Enrique Paredes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Máté Szalay. Berni FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Enrique Paredes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 42 minutes into the match, Berni FC's goalkeeper Máté Szalay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Paredes. Tibor Zádor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Buenaventura FC's Alejandro Urane got a free kick in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, János Kárpáti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Berni FC's supporters rose to their feet, but János Kárpáti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romel Torrijos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Paredes in the 64th minute of play forced Berni FC's goalkeeper Máté Szalay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Máté Szalay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Buenaventura FC. When Tibor Zádor came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Berni FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tibor Zádor couldn't finish the play. Victor Toledano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Buenaventura FC's Rolando Peralta in the 83rd minute got a chance for a shot 83rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 85th minute, Enrique Paredes sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Berni FC's Máté Szalay didn't even have to move. Berni FC's Máté Szalay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomaso De Diego in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Enrique Paredes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Máté Szalay was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0.
