The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dedê Terra's late challenge caught a Valleslona F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dedê Terra helped the player get up and apologised. After 3 played minutes Chelsicha got a freekick which was hit by Dedê Terra. In the 6th minute Angel Santalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredinho Pereira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Chelsicha's Renan França got a free kick in the 7th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Pau Cubarsí managed to get in a good position for a shot. Valleslona F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Pau Cubarsí was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredinho Pereira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 11th match minute, Chelsicha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júlio Koehler to maneuver through the defense. Alfredinho Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafa Nadal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Lucero Herrera fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valleslona F.C.'s protests and gave Lucero Herrera a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th match minute, Valleslona F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucero Herrera to maneuver through the defense. When Lucero Herrera was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 20 minutes had been played. Alfredinho Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Santalla in the 24th minute of the match. Pau Cubarsí charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pau Cubarsí the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 27 minutes into the game, one of Valleslona F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 28 minutes, Chelsicha's José Carlos Carneiro got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Osoro Titos. The supporters of Valleslona F.C. booed when Chelsicha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. César de Queirós didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chelsicha's zone, Pau Cubarsí stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfredinho Pereira came out of the goal and Pau Cubarsí tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Santalla in the 35th minute of play forced Chelsicha's goalkeeper Alfredinho Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Santalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alfredinho Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulo Renato Penha to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Paulinho de Godoi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chelsicha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Valleslona F.C. the free kick. In the 51st minute of the match Bernal Camino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredinho Pereira skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Urtsin Herrera could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Alfredinho Pereira however easily saved by the left post. Urtsin Herrera came free with the goalkeeper in the 57th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alfredinho Pereira could save by the left post. Rafa Nadal hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. After 63 played minutes Chelsicha got a freekick which was hit by Paulinho de Godoi. In the 64th minute, Angel Santalla left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Valleslona F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Alfredinho Pereira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Santalla in the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Valleslona F.C. booed when Chelsicha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dedê Terra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Angel Santalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredinho Pereira having to interfere. Hurko Doblas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Alfredinho Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angel Santalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Valleslona F.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Chelsicha throughout the match.
