In the 10th minute, Behzat Özbil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rıfat Oğurata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adelino Costa's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Willian de Salles got free with Rıfat Oğurata in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Ertunç Murtaza fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sansargiller FK's protests and gave Ertunç Murtaza a yellow card for diving instead. Rıfat Oğurata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cícero Diniz, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Sansargiller FK getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gazanfer Toper hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Sansargiller FK's goalkeeper Rıfat Oğurata had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cícero Diniz. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Behzat Özbil was the one to do the kick off. Dieguinho Rossi hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Rıfat Oğurata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adelino Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Adelino Costa in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maurício Antunes in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rıfat Oğurata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Merusca F&P - CIMZ made a substitution. Roberto Platini replaced Tiaguinho Cardoso. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Igor de Azevedo was substituted for Maurício Antunes. Sansargiller FK's Rıfat Oğurata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinícius Pontes in the 76th minute of play. When Cemal Rüştü fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sansargiller FK's protests and gave Cemal Rüştü a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Cemal Rüştü hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 78 minutes into the match, Sansargiller FK's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Costa came free, but Rıfat Oğurata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 79 played minutes Sansargiller FK got a freekick which was hit by Cemal Rüştü. The supporters of Sansargiller FK booed when Merusca F&P - CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathias Bueno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristóvão Tepedino kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Igor de Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıfat Oğurata having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Sansargiller FK's goal looked a bit too open when Adelino Costa came free, but Rıfat Oğurata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Mathias Bueno got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Merusca F&P - CIMZ were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Sansargiller FK to leave the ground with a draw.
