Adan Peli's late challenge caught a Cura del Futbol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adan Peli helped the player get up and apologised. After 6 played minutes Hermosillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Adan Peli. Alejo Itzaina recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Silvano Benat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Itzaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carolo Chus hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. 15 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Eusebio Cai had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cecilio Afonso. Teo Emeterio kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Eusebio Cai successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Cecilio Afonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 22nd minute of the match Adan Peli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eusebio Cai skillfully saved the ball. Mateo Primeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eusebio Cai having to interfere. Cura del Futbol's Eusebio Cai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateo Primeiro in the 30th minute of play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hermosillo FC's goalkeeper Silvano Benat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvano Benat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Eron in the 44th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Hermosillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Lizar.

The wind increased when Nereo Aznar made the kick off in the second half. Cura del Futbol's Eusebio Cai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Afonso in the 52nd minute of play. Gustavo Lizar kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute, Eusebio Calvet made a precise shot to the right of Eusebio Cai. Cura del Futbol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Cura del Futbol's Eusebio Cai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Afonso in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute Cecilio Afonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eusebio Cai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st match minute, Hermosillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Lizar to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Cura del Futbol's Martin Acuña got a free kick in the 79th minute. The supporters of Cura del Futbol booed when Hermosillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilfredo Lluc didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cecilio Afonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 96 played minutes Cura del Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Dunixi. When the referee ended the match the Hermosillo FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
