An unexpectedly hard shot by Frans Jonsson in the 6th minute of play forced Cesate's goalkeeper Ettore Masci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michel Duset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Borrelli in the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Amerigo Boccanera reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Michel Duset. The goal made the score 1-0. Asarum's Michel Duset proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Asarum from getting a goal against them. Michel Duset made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amerigo Boccanera in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute Karl-Magnus Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ettore Masci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fedele Franzioni's late challenge caught a Asarum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fedele Franzioni helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Asarum booed when Cesate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedele Franzioni didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ettore Masci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl-Magnus Nyberg in the 26th minute of the match. Isac Lindkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isac Lindkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 29 minutes into the match, Asarum's goal looked a bit too open when Demetrio Borrelli came free, but Michel Duset reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Amerigo Boccanera fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cesate's protests and gave Amerigo Boccanera a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Engström in the 34th minute of play forced Cesate's goalkeeper Ettore Masci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isac Lindkvist was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 35 minutes into the match. Isac Lindkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Fedele Franzioni missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 37 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Michel Duset right hand side. With a little luck, Asarum's Michel Duset got control of the ball when Donato Di Renzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Amerigo Boccanera received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Michel Duset came out and tried to block the shot, but Amerigo Boccanera slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 44th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henrik Engström to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Dario Palermo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cesate and the Asarum players grew even worse after the yellow card. 54 minutes into the game, Henrik Engström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ettore Masci. Henrik Engström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Michel Duset showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amerigo Boccanera in the 63rd minute of the match. Ettore Masci came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Asarum's Henrik Engström. But to his dismay, Henrik Engström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Demetrio Borrelli took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Michel Duset. Michel Duset dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. When Frans Jonsson came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Asarum fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frans Jonsson couldn't finish the play. Franco De Marco kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th minute, Bengt Jönsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Fedele Franzioni was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. In the 78th minute, Fedele Franzioni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amerigo Boccanera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michel Duset having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerigo Boccanera in the 84th minute of play forced Asarum's goalkeeper Michel Duset to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Dario Palermo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 85 minutes had been played. Dario Palermo kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cesate's goalkeeper Ettore Masci, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
