After a defensive mix-up in Qikiqtarjuaq FC's zone, Antônio Carvalho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antoine Maddox came out of the goal and Antônio Carvalho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, ARON FC's Noel Pombal got a free kick in the 15th minute. Antoine Maddox stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antônio Carvalho's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. A collision led to Qikiqtarjuaq FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Lemuel Norris hit a great ball. Noel Pombal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lemuel Norris to maneuver through the defense. Ademir Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raymundo Dooley's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as ARON FC's Noel Pombal slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Antoine Maddox. That made the score 1-1 after 33 minutes of play. Ademir Leme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raymundo Dooley went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Noel Pombal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Antoine Maddox made a huge save. Raymundo Dooley scored 1-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ademir Leme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raymundo Dooley to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes ARON FC got a freekick which was hit by Noel Pombal. The long shot by Darnell Valle in the 54th minute really tested Ademir Leme's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Raymundo Dooley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademir Leme having to interfere. After 70 played minutes Qikiqtarjuaq FC got a freekick which was hit by Jordan Bussière. Magno Rosado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alton Tate sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Antoine Maddox played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antônio Carvalho in the 84th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Noel Pombal in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Antoine Maddox prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over Qikiqtarjuaq FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ARON FC throughout the match.
