He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Viktoras Samios. 21 minutes into the match, Qikiqtarjuaq FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Kazantzakos came free, but Antoine Maddox reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Earl Croteau to maneuver through the defense. After 26 minutes, Alkis Athanasiou made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Antoine Maddox tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 28 minutes, Konstantinos Kazantzis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kolopetinitsa and the Qikiqtarjuaq FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Qikiqtarjuaq FC booed when Kolopetinitsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konstantinos Kazantzis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Konstantinos Kazantzis made a precise shot to the right of Antoine Maddox. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 39th minute, Alkis Athanasiou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute, Konstantinos Kazantzis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alkis Athanasiou in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antoine Maddox saved Qikiqtarjuaq FC from getting behind.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Raymundo Dooley was the one to do the kick off. Raymundo Dooley struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Viktoras Samios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Qikiqtarjuaq FC. Antoine Maddox took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themistoklis Kourkoulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Earl Croteau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Lambros Karpodinis fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kolopetinitsa's protests and gave Lambros Karpodinis a yellow card for diving instead. Lambros Karpodinis kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Raymundo Dooley took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Viktoras Samios. Viktoras Samios dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymundo Dooley in the 67th minute of play forced Kolopetinitsa's goalkeeper Viktoras Samios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th match minute, Qikiqtarjuaq FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alton Tate to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Kolopetinitsa defense, Raymundo Dooley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Viktoras Samios. The Kolopetinitsa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Viktoras Samios should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Alton Tate managed to get in a good position for a shot. Qikiqtarjuaq FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alton Tate was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktoras Samios breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd minute Raymundo Dooley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktoras Samios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Kolopetinitsa defense, Earl Croteau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Viktoras Samios. The Kolopetinitsa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Viktoras Samios should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the game, Raymundo Dooley cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Viktoras Samios was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alkis Athanasiou took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antoine Maddox. Antoine Maddox dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-3. Kolopetinitsa's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
