Amador Frichoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vangel Gevrenov in the 9th minute. The audience was convinced that Boycho Zotov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amador Frichoso was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Vangel Gevrenov managed to get in a good position for a shot. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Barreal FC's Amador Frichoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boycho Zotov in the 17th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Barreal FC's zone, Neno Grechenliev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Frichoso came out of the goal and Neno Grechenliev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vangel Gevrenov kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Vangel Gevrenov in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amador Frichoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 27 minutes Barreal FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Velizar Yavrichev who took care of the corner kick. After 30 minutes of play, VN BAKITO's Boycho Zotov made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amador Frichoso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Boycho Zotov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stoyadin Gargov's late challenge caught a Barreal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stoyadin Gargov helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, VN BAKITO's Stoyadin Gargov got a free kick in the 36th minute. Trayko Palikov didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arnulfo Txilar went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 45 minutes into the game, Bonifacio Bordat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barreal FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VN BAKITO the free kick. In the 45th minute, Bonifacio Bordat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Boycho Zotov was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to Barreal FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Ulises Ihintza hit a great ball. After having played for 52 minutes, Vangel Gevrenov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VN BAKITO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vangel Gevrenov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vangel Gevrenov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amador Frichoso having to interfere. Vangel Gevrenov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Amador Frichoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amador Frichoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boycho Zotov in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Barreal FC's goalkeeper Amador Frichoso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 63 played minutes VN BAKITO got a freekick which was hit by Denislav Pehlivanski. Amador Frichoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boycho Zotov's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. After some careless play in the VN BAKITO defense, Arnulfo Txilar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trayko Palikov. The VN BAKITO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trayko Palikov should have stopped the shot. In the 71st minute, Barreal FC's Ladislao Gabino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Trayko Palikov. Trayko Palikov yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Cosme Mattin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Trayko Palikov made a huge save. VN BAKITO's Boycho Zotov got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Trayko Palikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Gabino, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. When Stoyadin Gargov was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. After a defensive mix-up in Barreal FC's zone, Boycho Zotov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amador Frichoso came out of the goal and Boycho Zotov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96th minute, Eloy Perutxo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Trayko Palikov. The goal made the score 1-4. Barreal FC played a much better game than VN BAKITO and deserved their victory. The VN BAKITO players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
