Edvard Arenberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benedicto Otoniel having to make a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Per Myr during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes, Club Atlético Escocia's Aurelio Resto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kristian Bern came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club Atlético Escocia reached it. Baltasar Elazar hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Dick Tunström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Benedicto Otoniel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcos Beturian scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Bern, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Escocia's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Wikander came free, but Benedicto Otoniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute Dan Wikander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Otoniel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edvard Arenberg in the 36th minute of play forced Club Atlético Escocia's goalkeeper Benedicto Otoniel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Beturian in the 37th minute of play forced Lokomotivet Kamraterna's goalkeeper Kristian Bern to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute Marcos Beturian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Bern saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristian Bern showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Elazar in the 45th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Lokomotivet Kamraterna's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Beturian came free, but Kristian Bern reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Lokomotivet Kamraterna players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Escocia were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Dan Wikander made a kick off. Narciso Sauveur hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When Baltasar Elazar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 59 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Escocia's Baltasar Elazar got a free kick in the 59th minute. Lokomotivet Kamraterna's Kristian Bern proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Lokomotivet Kamraterna from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Lokomotivet Kamraterna's Kristian Bern got control of the ball when Marcos Beturian tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benedicto Otoniel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dick Tunström went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Natalio Rodriguez fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Escocia's protests and gave Natalio Rodriguez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Club Atlético Escocia's Marcos Beturian dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 84 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Escocia's goal looked a bit too open when Per Myr came free, but Benedicto Otoniel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Atlético Escocia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
