Shane Steadman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tod Jones sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bill Britton struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Ahto Hõbe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Garlic Eaters. 12 minutes into the game, Ahti Tõruke cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Shane Steadman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 20th minute, Ivor Gobey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Louie Barfield managed to get in a good position for a shot. Garlic Eaters's supporters rose to their feet, but Louie Barfield was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahto Hõbe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahto Hõbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tod Jones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Allan Hargi hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Ahto Hõbe made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Tod Jones sent off a good shot on target. Ahti Tõruke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Shane Steadman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th match minute, Tapa Athlétic™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vello Õng to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Garlic Eaters's goal looked a bit too open when Ahti Tõruke came free, but Shane Steadman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 44 played minutes Garlic Eaters got a freekick which was hit by Louie Barfield. In the 45th minute of the match Allan Hargi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Shane Steadman showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Garlic Eaters's Shane Steadman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Garlic Eaters from getting a goal against them. In the 57th minute, Vello Õng fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Garlic Eaters's Tod Jones in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tapa Athlétic™'s goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tod Jones in the 60th minute of play forced Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Ahto Hõbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahto Hõbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Louie Barfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Bill Britton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahto Hõbe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tod Jones, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Garlic Eaters's zone, Ahti Tõruke stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shane Steadman came out of the goal and Ahti Tõruke tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Garlic Eaters booed when Tapa Athlétic™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ailar Juur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ahti Tõruke made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 82ndth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Shane Steadman would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. After 84 played minutes Tapa Athlétic™ got a freekick which was hit by Kalle Astuja. A collision led to Tapa Athlétic™ getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Allan Hargi hit a great ball. Ahto Hõbe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liam Bettney in the 88th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Shane Steadman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liam Bettney in the 91st minute of play forced Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Ahto Hõbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bill Britton's late challenge caught a Tapa Athlétic™'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bill Britton helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tapa Athlétic™ booed when Garlic Eaters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bill Britton didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Ahti Tõruke managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tapa Athlétic™'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahti Tõruke was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Tapa Athlétic™ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
