The crowd rose to their feet as Eduardo Ikatz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Larbi Deghmani. That made the score 2-1 in the 42 minute of play. Carolo Sasoin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nouara Djahnine went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduardo Ikatz was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Salmiyah Power's Jawad Sarkhoh dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Nouara Djahnine could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Carolo Sasoin made a huge save. 93 minutes into the match, Nouara Djahnine dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carolo Sasoin, 2-5. The Salmiyah Power players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
