If Jawad Sarkhoh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Allan Odin might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Larbi Deghmani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Allan Odin ran back to his position shaking his head. Larbi Deghmani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Allan Odin's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Larbi Deghmani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casper Söderström in the 15th minute of the match. The Salmiyah Power fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Salmiyah Power's Jawad Sarkhoh looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Anthar Derrida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Allan Odin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Salmiyah Power's Larbi Deghmani. Larbi Deghmani was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute, Jawad Sarkhoh made a precise shot to the right of Gösta Carlsson. Käka Puck BK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Gösta Carlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jawad Sarkhoh in the 45th minute of the match. Salmiyah Power were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Käka Puck BK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Amrani Bezzaz took the corner. The Käka Puck BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Salmiyah Power were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Ove Wickander to strike the kick off in the second half. Salmiyah Power's Jawad Sarkhoh got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's Jawad Sarkhoh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gösta Carlsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Larbi Deghmani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Ove Wickander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 60 played minutes Käka Puck BK got a freekick which was hit by Roy Ström. Amrani Bezzaz's late challenge caught a Käka Puck BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amrani Bezzaz helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Salmiyah Power got a freekick which was hit by Amrani Bezzaz. Salmiyah Power's Djamel Zerguelaine was substituted for Jawad Sarkhoh. Salmiyah Power's Nouara Djahnine was substituted for Amrani Bezzaz. In the 86th match minute, Salmiyah Power was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rachid Bouziane to maneuver through the defense. Larbi Deghmani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Odin in the 87th minute of the match. Larbi Deghmani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Lövgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 played minutes Salmiyah Power got a freekick which was hit by Toufik Kermali. Peter Lövgren didn't quite understand what happened when in the 96 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.
