Tadeu Alagoano hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Dante Hartz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Pinheiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 10th minute of the match, Ermegildo Nabar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Alexsandro Carioca saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 17th minute Simão Pinheiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Hartz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute of the match Figueira SC FSCMZ got a corner. Laurita FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Rosado ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Tadeu Alagoano at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Laurita FC. 0-1. After 25 minutes of play, Laurita FC's Aaron Elizardo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexsandro Carioca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcelinho Dias took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Hartz. Dante Hartz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Laurita FC's Dante Hartz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelinho Dias in the 37th minute of play. Samuca Gaúcho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Laurita FC booed when Figueira SC FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fábio Arantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexsandro Carioca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Elizardo in the 45th minute of the match. After 47 played minutes Figueira SC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Tadeu Alagoano. After the first half Figueira SC FSCMZ were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

54 minutes into the match, Romulo Phelipe notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Figueira SC FSCMZ's Alexsandro Carioca. Alexsandro Carioca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 58 minutes into the match, Laurita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Pinheiro came free, but Dante Hartz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Figueira SC FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Phelipe came free, but Alexsandro Carioca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Figueira SC FSCMZ's Marcelinho Dias ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Dante Hartz. Dante Hartz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. If Romulo Phelipe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Figueira SC FSCMZ's Alexsandro Carioca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teo Senio in the 80th minute of play. Ermegildo Nabar kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. When Teo Senio came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Laurita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Senio couldn't finish the play. The Laurita FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Figueira SC FSCMZ's performance. The match ended with a win for Figueira SC FSCMZ.
