After a defensive mix-up in Goranesti's zone, Attilio Bearzot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alin Tender came out of the goal and Attilio Bearzot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alin Tender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Bearzot, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Alin Tender took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Bearzot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Frank Ciscato came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the A.S. Trastevere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Ciscato couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabin Ciorobîtcă in the 22nd minute of play forced A.S. Trastevere's goalkeeper Antonello Manzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0-1 became the score in the 24th minute when Leontin Corvin elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A.S. Trastevere's Antonello Manzo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leontin Corvin in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Attilio Bearzot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. A.S. Trastevere's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goranesti the free kick. Attilio Bearzot hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 38th match minute, Goranesti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iacob Boieraș to maneuver through the defense. Filip Beligan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sabin Ciorobîtcă was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 62 minutes, Flavio Di Battista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.S. Trastevere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Di Battista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Francesco Gazza scored 1-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alin Tender, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Flavio Di Battista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Iacob Boieraș hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filip Beligan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Antonello Manzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute Frank Ciscato shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Tender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Goranesti's Virgil Şelaru got a free kick in the 80th minute. Antonello Manzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sabin Ciorobîtcă, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. With his leg Antonello Manzo managed to avoid a goal in the 85thth minute, when Goranesti's Sabin Ciorobîtcă fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frank Ciscato in the 88th minute of play forced Goranesti's goalkeeper Alin Tender to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sabin Ciorobîtcă had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute Attilio Bearzot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alin Tender saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, A.S. Trastevere's goalkeeper Antonello Manzo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leontin Corvin. The Goranesti players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented A.S. Trastevere from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
