An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico Recife in the 13th minute of play forced Gotham City's goalkeeper Thor Haström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ragnar Kjellbom came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Gotham City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ragnar Kjellbom couldn't finish the play. Mateus de Senna made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Ragnar Kjellbom sent off a good shot on target. In the 25th match minute, Gotham City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joakim Månsson to maneuver through the defense. Régis Alves took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Thor Haström. Gotham City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erik Strömberg during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Juventus EC booed when Gotham City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Strömberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Frederico Recife took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thor Haström. Thor Haström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Frederico Recife kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Juventus EC got a freekick which was hit by Frederico Recife. Mateus de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arman Fanström in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, Juventus EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frederico Recife to maneuver through the defense. After 41 played minutes Juventus EC got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Valadares. When Karl Nyström came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Gotham City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl Nyström couldn't finish the play. Mateus de Senna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ragnar Kjellbom's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Karl Nyström kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

51 minutes into the game, Enéas Urbano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Thor Haström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Afonso Luz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 57th minute, Afonso Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Juventus EC booed when Gotham City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joakim Månsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Afonso Luz might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thor Haström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Afonso Luz ran back to his position shaking his head. Marko Grubb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Mateus de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 66th match minute, Juventus EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernani Paraense to maneuver through the defense. After 77 played minutes Gotham City got a freekick which was hit by Erik Strömberg. In the 78th minute, Gotham City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Enéas Urbano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thor Haström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário da Rocha in the 79th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Ragnar Kjellbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ragnar Kjellbom recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Gotham City's Ragnar Kjellbom in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Juventus EC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Gotham City getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Max Hybbert hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute of the match José Paulo Correia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Thor Haström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 95 played minutes Gotham City got a freekick which was hit by Arman Fanström.
