Metolokos MZ Clube's Dinei Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Jaunzuria in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute Leonel Jaunzuria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinei Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 played minutes Metolokos MZ Clube got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Fantini. Metolokos MZ Clube's Dinei Carvalho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Metolokos MZ Clube from getting a goal against them. When Abelardo Vela came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Los Materos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Vela couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Abelardo Vela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Materos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Vela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimundo Mesquita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Froilan Urtsin made a huge save. Norberto Ermano's late challenge caught a Metolokos MZ Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Norberto Ermano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st match minute, Los Materos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Ermano to maneuver through the defense. Alex Peres charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alex Peres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
