In the 6th minute Nilmar Ortiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leon Urtzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Atlético Argentino's Gervasio Rocio got a free kick in the 7th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Paio in the 10th minute of play forced IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s goalkeeper Doni Pitta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Candido Lauro got free with Doni Pitta in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Gervasio Rocio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Doni Pitta. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. Candido Lauro struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Doni Pitta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Argentino. 20 minutes into the match, Candido Lauro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doni Pitta. IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Candido Lauro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Candido Lauro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Argentino's supporters rose to their feet, but Candido Lauro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Doni Pitta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Gervasio Rocio took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Doni Pitta to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Ademir Pimenta hit a great ball. In the 37th minute, Baltasar Lucero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When David Mattin came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Atlético Argentino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Mattin couldn't finish the play. Doni Pitta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Candido Lauro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 43 minute of play. Doni Pitta made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Cleto Paio sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nildo de Amaral to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristides Cilio during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Doni Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Mattin, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s Doni Pitta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Rocio in the 84th minute of play.
