Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tobias Ourente in the 3rd minute of the match. Namık Timuroz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Niceto Regis came out and tried to block the shot, but Namık Timuroz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. After some careless play in the POZANTI SPOR defense, Cornelio Jokin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu. The POZANTI SPOR fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu should have stopped the shot. 15 minutes into the match, Ramon Damario notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of POZANTI SPOR's Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu. Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cornelio Jokin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu having to interfere. 20 minutes into the game, Nouvelle Vague's Cornelio Jokin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. In the 27th minute, Nouvelle Vague's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Samet Ergüven fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Niceto Regis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samet Ergüven in the 37th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nouvelle Vague fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 44 minutes, POZANTI SPOR's Çağlar Devlettin got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Niceto Regis. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Namık Timuroz was the one to do the kick off. Nouvelle Vague's Niceto Regis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Namık Timuroz in the 52nd minute of play. Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Damario, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute, Cornelio Jokin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu. The goal made the score 2-4. After having played for 62 minutes, Aquilino Pagomari managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nouvelle Vague's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquilino Pagomari was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the game, Cornelio Jokin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mustafa Oğuz Ulusu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Jokin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The POZANTI SPOR fans' excitement grew in the 76th match minute when POZANTI SPOR's Samet Ergüven looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samet Ergüven in the 83rd minute of play forced Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Niceto Regis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejandro Jacob kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute of the match Çağlar Devlettin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niceto Regis skillfully saved the ball. Niceto Regis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samet Ergüven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Güney Akbatu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Nouvelle Vague's Alejandro Jacob got a free kick in the 94th minute.
