Hipolito Abadie was extremely unlucky when he, in the 5th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Devis Vásquez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hipolito Abadie, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Hipolito Abadie hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. When MILLONARIOS FC's Loren Iriarte in the 17th minute got a chance for a shot 17th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. MILLONARIOS FC's Devis Vásquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hipolito Abadie in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's goal looked a bit too open when Alvarez Corono came free, but Marcelino Erauso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's Cleto Gaitan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Alvarez Corono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcelino Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Corredor, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After having played for 33 minutes, Juan Corredor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MILLONARIOS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Corredor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Devis Vásquez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Jerico in the 46th minute. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Juan Corredor made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amadeo Santisso during the 51st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amadeo Santisso hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Devis Vásquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Abadie in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Cleto Gaitan hit a great ball. Marcelino Erauso was a little too slow when Juan Corredor got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juan Corredor in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcelino Erauso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcelino Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Corredor, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Cristian Amor kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Loren Iriarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Marcelino Erauso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Jerico's late challenge caught a MILLONARIOS FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Jerico helped the player get up and apologised. After 70 played minutes JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Jerico. Juan Corredor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Erauso having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan Corredor in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcelino Erauso saved JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS from getting behind. In the 84thth minute of the game Juan Corredor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS's Marcelino Erauso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcelino Erauso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Corredor, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Juan Corredor didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-2 via right post in the game's 86th minute. MILLONARIOS FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Stanislao Brau kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. When the match was over MILLONARIOS FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than JENIZAROS NEGROS PUNTANOS throughout the match.
