Manoel Berger hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute, Giannis Liolios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Aguiar charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jaime Aguiar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Alvi Verde getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Jaime Aguiar hit a great ball. When Giannis Liolios came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Vakoufi Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giannis Liolios couldn't finish the play. Anísio Pitta hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute Giannis Liolios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germano do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Veniamin Koulouris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvi Verde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vakoufi Utd's attack was well implemented in the 31st minute, but when Giannis Liolios was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 47 minutes into the match, Makis Karoubalis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Germano do Vale. Alvi Verde's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Makis Karoubalis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manoel Berger made a kick off. With a little luck, Alvi Verde's Germano do Vale got control of the ball when Panagiotis Kleftokotakis tried to sneak it across the goal line. Germano do Vale made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Giannis Liolios sent off a good shot on target. Magno Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Alvi Verde made a substitution. Duarte Couto replaced Alvi Verde. Alvi Verde's Silas de Castro was substituted for Anísio Pitta. Magno Carvalho hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, Vakoufi Utd's Nikolas Soulakas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Germano do Vale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jaime Aguiar hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After 80 played minutes Vakoufi Utd got a freekick which was hit by Panagiotis Kleftokotakis. In the 81st match minute, Vakoufi Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignatios Katsikis to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Vakoufi Utd's goalkeeper Veniamin Koulouris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fivos Zoras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germano do Vale having to interfere. Alvi Verde made a substitution. Túlio Neves replaced Manoel Berger. In the 87th minute, Duarte Couto made a precise shot to the right of Veniamin Koulouris. Vakoufi Utd's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. When the match was over Vakoufi Utd could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Alvi Verde throughout the match.
