Amadeu Koehler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfonso Caradaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeu Koehler having to interfere. Monumento Sports's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Pontiac Bandit the free kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Joel Lopes struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Everardo Bortzaioriz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monumento Sports. The crowd rose to their feet as The Pontiac Bandit's Alfonso Caradaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Amadeu Koehler. That made the score 0-2 after 57 minutes of play. 60 minutes into the match, Monumento Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Alfonso Caradaro came free, but Amadeu Koehler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Erivaldo Zanette hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Cosme Guilabertus in the 66th minute really tested Amadeu Koehler's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 88 minutes of play, The Pontiac Bandit's Fidel Bazil made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amadeu Koehler was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Monumento Sports's goalkeeper Amadeu Koehler, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Monumento Sports's Amadeu Koehler got control of the ball when Fidel Bazil tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over The Pontiac Bandit could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Monumento Sports throughout the match.
