Everardo Bortzaioriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pascual Luzaide in the 20th minute of the match. The Pontiac Bandit's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Pascual Luzaide scored to the left of an out of position Everardo Bortzaioriz, making the score, 2-0. Everardo Bortzaioriz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Justo Tohias went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Paulo Servando kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. A hard shot by Guillermo Iratze from long distance, 35 minutes into the match, got Everardo Bortzaioriz's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Justo Tohias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Justo Tohias's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Everardo Bortzaioriz firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 45th match minute, The Pontiac Bandit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cosme Guilabertus to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

51 minutes into the game, Justo Tohias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Everardo Bortzaioriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Cougars FC booed when The Pontiac Bandit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oscar Asteri didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Tohias in the 58th minute of play forced The Pontiac Bandit's goalkeeper Everardo Bortzaioriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Pascual Luzaide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cougars FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of The Pontiac Bandit for a fine match.
