The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zézinho Paraense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hauk Horne went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Vae Victis!! booed when Cheeky Nuts United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Finn Moe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th match minute, Vae Victis!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafa Borges to maneuver through the defense. Hauk Horne missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 19 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Zézinho Paraense right hand side. 25 minutes into the match, Kyrre Wille notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Vae Victis!!'s Zézinho Paraense. Zézinho Paraense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jano Zanette in the 30th minute of play forced Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper Theodor Selnes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Theodor Selnes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jano Zanette in the 33rd minute of play. When Kyrre Wille came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Cheeky Nuts United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kyrre Wille couldn't finish the play. Kjartan Nyhagen scored 1-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zézinho Paraense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Vae Victis!! players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cheeky Nuts United were winning 1-3.

The wind increased when Amauri Hermes made the kick off in the second half. Hauk Horne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zézinho Paraense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kyrre Wille went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The supporters of Cheeky Nuts United booed when Vae Victis!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Pinheiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hauk Horne came free with the goalkeeper in the 58th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zézinho Paraense could save by the left post. Kyrre Wille received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zézinho Paraense came out and tried to block the shot, but Kyrre Wille slotted it home off the left post making it 1-5 in the 59th minute. Cheeky Nuts United's Theodor Selnes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastião de Senna in the 64th minute of play. Falcão Paraense's late challenge caught a Cheeky Nuts United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Falcão Paraense helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Vae Victis!!:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cheeky Nuts United:s goal. Zézinho Paraense stood somewhat misplaced when Kyrre Wille came free in front of goal and shot 1-7 to the left of him in the 70 minute. Kyrre Wille fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zézinho Paraense having to interfere. Hauk Horne in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zézinho Paraense, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Hauk Horne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jano Zanette fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theodor Selnes having to interfere. In the 97th minute Amauri Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Theodor Selnes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cheeky Nuts United played a much better game than Vae Victis!! and deserved their victory. The Vae Victis!! players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
