The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ralf Kromme during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ralf Kromme hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Lars-Erik Björk was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 3rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 5th match minute, Team Rocco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kurt Ståhlberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute Team Rocco were awarded a corner. Lars-Erik Björk went to the cornerflag to take it. Lars-Erik Björk made a great header on Team Rocco's corner, it was just that ASC Amsterdam's Hans-Cees Nagel managed to reach the ball for a save. Mattias Löfkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anton Wander's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. A hard shot 25 in the game by Kurt Björkman from a close distance when the talented Hans-Cees Nagel managed to make a qualified save. ASC Amsterdam's players were relieved. In the 26th minute, Kurt Ståhlberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hans-Cees Nagel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After having played for 29 minutes, Lars-Erik Björk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Team Rocco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars-Erik Björk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute Kurt Ståhlberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Cees Nagel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hans-Cees Nagel was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Lars-Erik Björk capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lars-Erik Björk really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. When Lars-Erik Björk came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Team Rocco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lars-Erik Björk couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Lars-Erik Björk made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Björkman in the 55th minute of play forced ASC Amsterdam's goalkeeper Hans-Cees Nagel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ASC Amsterdam's Hans-Cees Wijk got a free kick in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Lars-Erik Björk notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of ASC Amsterdam's Hans-Cees Nagel. Hans-Cees Nagel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 65th minute, Bo Lundqvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Team Rocco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 71 minutes into the match, Kurt Ståhlberg notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of ASC Amsterdam's Hans-Cees Nagel. Hans-Cees Nagel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hans-Cees Nagel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars-Erik Björk in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Palm in the 79th minute of play forced ASC Amsterdam's goalkeeper Hans-Cees Nagel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to ASC Amsterdam getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Carel Witting hit a great ball. Kurt Björkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans-Cees Nagel having to interfere. If Bo Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Team Rocco fully deserved thier win.
