Vitin Ziguenza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filip Mirciulescu having to make a save. F.C. Sant Sabo's Cristiano Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Ionete in the 25th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Gelu Murgu made a precise shot to the right of Cristiano Orozco. F.C. Sant Sabo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Sandu Bâru scored 1-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristiano Orozco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristiano Orozco came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by BVB 09's Marian Morovan. But to his dismay, Marian Morovan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Sandu Bâru scored 1-4 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cristiano Orozco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. F.C. Sant Sabo's Cristiano Orozco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisc Ionete in the 44th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Francisc Ionete notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of F.C. Sant Sabo's Cristiano Orozco. Cristiano Orozco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Sandu Bâru made the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Sandu Bâru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BVB 09 and the F.C. Sant Sabo's goalkeeper Cristiano Orozco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of BVB 09 booed when F.C. Sant Sabo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavian Mayol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristiano Orozco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sandu Bâru in the 69th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marian Morovan in the 82nd minute of play forced F.C. Sant Sabo's goalkeeper Cristiano Orozco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marian Morovan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Cristiano Orozco made a huge save. 90 minutes into the game, one of BVB 09:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
