In the 28th minute of the match Modesto Baladi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prudencio Bilbo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horacio Heriberto to make the kick off. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Los Delfines to win.
