Lucjan Oborski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Erramu in the 30th minute of play. Lucjan Oborski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Erramu went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Juliusz Marek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeronimo Abella read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Zbyszek Olejarz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jeronimo Abella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juliusz Marek to strike the kick off in the second half. Kajetan Niedziela hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. If Barnaba Banas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeronimo Abella was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juliusz Marek in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jeronimo Abella prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Mikeldi got free with Lucjan Oborski in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. INDEPENDIENTE F.C.'s supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
