A collision led to Seward United getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Stefan Petka hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Janusz Werra got free with Nichifor Badea in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Iordache Murgu struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Daniel Pracki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV. An unexpectedly hard shot by Costel Vlas in the 15th minute of play forced Seward United's goalkeeper Daniel Pracki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th match minute, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisc Manolache to maneuver through the defense. Nichifor Badea was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hieronim Mirowski. Nichifor Badea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanek Frodyma, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Nicodim Agulescu charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicodim Agulescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Seward United booed when MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicodim Agulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Stefan Petka scored to the left of an out of position Nichifor Badea, making the score, 1-0. Janusz Werra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute Iordache Murgu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Pracki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Klement Dziatkowicz fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seward United's protests and gave Klement Dziatkowicz a yellow card for diving instead. Costel Vlas charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Costel Vlas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 45 played minutes MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV got a freekick which was hit by Costel Vlas. Nichifor Badea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Janusz Werra in the 46th minute. After having played for 49 minutes, Walery Debkowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seward United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Walery Debkowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
The wind increased when Costel Vlas made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Seward United's Janusz Werra got a free kick in the 54th minute. After having played for 56 minutes, Stefan Petka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seward United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Petka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Costel Vlas came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Daniel Pracki could save by the left post. Dorel Logofătu kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Nichifor Badea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tanek Frodyma in the 66th minute of play. After 69 played minutes MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV got a freekick which was hit by Răzvan Moșneanu. Costel Vlas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Daniel Pracki when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iordache Murgu got free with Daniel Pracki in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 78th minute, Costel Vlas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Daniel Pracki. The goal made the score 1-1. After 82 minutes of play MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Costel Vlas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Tanek Frodyma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the game, Iordache Murgu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Seward United the free kick. Răzvan Moșneanu's late challenge caught a Seward United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Răzvan Moșneanu helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th match minute, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Răzvan Moșneanu to maneuver through the defense. Janusz Werra might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nichifor Badea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Janusz Werra ran back to his position shaking his head. Iordache Murgu struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Daniel Pracki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV. Janusz Werra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Despite being the better team, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
